Abstract:
A double-sucker commodity grabbing mechanism for a vending machine, comprising a main structure (1), in which a screw motor and a slide component are arranged, wherein the screw motor is connected to the slide component by means of a screw nut; a front-end sensor and a rear-end sensor are respectively provided at the front end and the rear end inside of the main structure (1); a blocking piece is provided at the bottom of the slide component, and the upper portion of the slide component is provided with a sucker component connecting plate (2); an upper sucker component (3) and a lower sucker component (4) are provided on the sucker component connecting plate (2) respectively; a pneumatic mounting seat (7) is arranged at the rear end of the top of the main structure (1); a left negative pressure sensor (8) and a right negative pressure sensor (9) are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the pneumatic mounting seat (7); a left upper connector (10) and a right upper connector (11) are arranged at the top of the pneumatic mounting seat (7), and a left lower connector (12) and a right lower connector (13) are arranged at the bottom of the pneumatic mounting seat (7); the left upper connector (10) is connected to the upper sucker component (3) by means of an air pipe, and the right upper connector (11) is connected to the lower sucker component (4) by means of an air pipe; and the left lower connector (12) and the right lower connector (13) are respectively connected to a vacuum pump by means of air pipes. The double-sucker commodity grabbing mechanism may grab commodities of different specifications and shapes and has good stability, high reliability and a wide application range.
