Abstract:
A double-top camshaft includes a main shaft, a plurality of cams, and a plurality of bearings, wherein the cams are double-top cams which are mounted in pairs on the main shaft; one of the bearings is mounted between every pair of cams and the main shaft has two bearings respectively mounted at its both ends, each of the bearings is mounted through a bearing fixed plate; the double-top cam has two axially symmetrical arc convex-tops thereon and the arc convex-tops of each cam are staggered an angle with those of another cam according to stroking requirement. The advantages of the present invention are: because every cam has two convex-tops, the corresponding valve is controlled to be opened and closed twice in one rotating circle so that the switching speed of the valve is doubled which can satisfy the requirement of the engine with high pressure fluid as power.

CLAIMS

1. A double-top camshaft, comprising:

a main shafts

a plurality of cams, and

a plurality of bearings,

wherein the cams are double-top cams which are mounted in pairs on the main shaft; one of the bearings is mounted between every pair of cams and the main shaft has two bearings respectively mounted at its both ends, each of the bearings is mounted through a bearing fixed plate; the double-top cam has two axially symmetrical arc convex-tops thereon and the arc convex-tops of each cam are staggered with an angle with those of another cam according to stroking

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a double-top camshaft, which is used for sequential control of valve in valve control device of engine with high-pressure fluid as power.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The currently-used electricity in the world is mainly produced from coal, oil, natural gas etc., however, there are million tons of C0 2 emitted to the atmosphere every year, which is a main reason to cause global warming. Therefore, human beings are facing increasingly serious environmental problems.

[0003] If under the condition of power outage in the electricity sector, the depletion of automotive gasoline and diesel generator oil, all the driven machinery will stop working. In addition, on one hand, fossil resources are non-renewable, and while oil, gas and water resources are very scarce; on other hand, with the continuous development of economy, the power supply is tenses gradually and power shortage is very serious. The traditional fuel generator is also existed some problems, such as inconvenient usage, restricted occasion and serious environmental pollution. [0004] Thus, developing and constructing a certain scale of clean new energy systems is a kind of beneficial supplement to energy, and can further improve energy structure, also meet the requirement of the sustainable development strategy by government.

[0005] Therefore, an engine which used high-pressure fluid as power will come out, and it accelerates the speed of opening and closing of the valve. In the prior art, it only has one convex top, which only makes the corresponding valve being opened and closed once in one rotating circle and cannot satisfy the requirement of the engine. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The present invention provides a double-top camshaft solving that the camshaft only has one convex top in the prior art, only makes the corresponding valve being opened and closed once in each rotating circle, and cannot satisfy the requirement of the engine.

[0007] The technical proposal of present invention: A double-top camshaft, comprising: a main shaft, a plurality of cams, and a plurality of bearings, wherein the cams are double-top cams which are mounted in pairs on the main shaft; one of the bearings is mounted between every pair of cams and the main shaft has two bearings respectively mounted at its both ends, each of the bearings is mounted through a bearing fixed plate; the double-top cam has two axially symmetrical arc convex-tops thereon and the arc convex-tops of each cam are staggered an angle with those of another cam according to stroking requirement.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION [0012] The following descriptions of a number of specific and alternative embodiments are provided to understand the inventive features of the present invention. It shall be apparent to one skilled in the art, however that this invention may be practiced without such specific details. Some of the details may not be described in length so as to not obscure the invention. For ease of reference, common reference numerals will be used throughout the figures when referring to same or similar features common to the figures.

[0013] Referring to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a double-top camshaft includes: a main shaft 1, a plurality of double-top cams 2 and a plurality of bearings 3. The double-top cams 2 are mounted in pairs on the main shaft 1, one of the bearings 3 is mounted between every pair of cams 2 and the main shaft 1 has two bearings 3 respectively mounted at its both ends. Each of the bearings 3 is mounted through a bearing fixed plate 4 (using bolt 5). Each of the double-top cam 2 has two axially symmetrical arc convex-tops provided thereon, and the arc convex-tops of each cam 2 are staggered an angle with those of another cam 2 according to stroking requirement.

[0014] In the application of the present invention, a mandrel is mounted on the double-top cam 2, and the top of the mandrel is transmission connected with the top of valve core through a swing arm, which used for opening and closing control of various gas or fluid valve.

While specific embodiments have been described and illustrated it is understood that many changes modifications, variations and combinations thereof could be made to the present invention without departing from the scope of the present invention.
