Abstract:
Dough cutting devices that continuously supply dough in one or a plurality of rows had various safety management and productivity problems such as needing to change a cutter (cutting blade) so as to accommodate the number of rows and widths thereof. Therefore, a dough cutting device in which the cutters did not need to be changed was needed. Disclosed is a dough cutting device (1) provided with a plurality of cutters (15), the same number of control actuators (19), and a control device (12) for controlling and driving the aforementioned actuators, wherein the control device is equipped with a drive selection means (29) capable of selecting between an individual drive mode, in which the plurality of control actuators are individually controlled so as to individually move the cutters in a reciprocating manner, and a combination drive mode, in which the plurality of control actuators grouped into one or a plurality of groups are controlled so as to move the cutters grouped into one or a plurality of groups in a reciprocating manner.
