The invention relates to a dough production method and can be used for the food industry. The inventive method consists in dosing water, flour and other finely dispersed solid components and liquid components in a chamber which is provided with an output orifice for a component mixture, stirring said components, extracting the thus obtained mixture through said output orifice and in accumulating the mixture. During the dosing in the chamber, the liquid components are dispersed in the chamber, the components are stirred during the dosing in the chamber by injecting the component particles into the chamber space in such a way that they are dispersed and a dispersed system of suspended particles in a gaseous medium is obtained. The suspended particle flows are produced. The mixture is separated from the gas prior to the accumulation thereof. The thus obtained mixture is embodied in the form of an assembly of particles, at least the part of said particles being in the form of granules made of the homogenous mixture of all components. Afterwards, the mixture is additionally stirred, at least one liquid component being added, and/or pressed. Said invention makes it possible to reduce specific energy consumption and increase the dough homogeneity.
