Abstract:
The invention relates to a downhole system for performing an operation in an exact position in a well, comprising a positioning tool (2) for determining the position in a casing (3) downhole and an operation tool. The operation tool may be a logging tool (201) or a scanning tool (301). Moreover, the downhole system may be a ranging system (408, 414) for controlling a drilling process downhole.
