Abstract:
Disclosed are a downlink data transmission method, apparatus, and device. The method comprises: send a paging message in a wireless notification region, the paging message comprising data required to be sent to a UE; a base station receives a reception acknowledgement message returned by the UE after the UE obtains the data in the paging message, the reception acknowledgement message being used for indicating that the UE successfully receives the data. By comprising downlink data of a UE in a paging message, the UE can directly obtain the data without establishing a connected status, thereby effectively improving the data transmission efficiency and reducing data transmission delay.
