Abstract:
In a downlink of OFDM wireless access, a scramble code suitable for each of physical
channels is used to randomize the channel. A base station apparatus comprises
a scramble-specific-to-base-station generating part (12) that generates
a scramble code, which is specific to the base station, for randomizing a physical
channel of a downlink; an orthogonal sequence-specific-to-sector generating
part (13) that generates an orthogonal sequence specific to a sector; and a multiplication
control part (22) that controls, based on whether soft combination is required
for each physical channel, whether it is required to multiply the scramble code
specific to the base station by the orthogonal sequence specific to the sector.
