Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a downward flow device whereby stable water quality inspection of target water can be readily performed at a water treatment facility. [Solution] A downward flow device (200) for capturing downward flowing water, by using a camera. The downward flow device has: an inflow unit (210) into which water flows from a water treatment device; and a downward flow unit (230) that discharges the inflow water such that the water that has flowed into the inflow unit (210) flows downward.
