Title:
DOXA PROTEIN MUTANT, AND CODING GENE AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/198085
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A DoxA protein mutant represented by an amino acid sequence such as SEQ ID No.16, and a coding gene thereof. The protein mutant or the coding gene thereof can be used for producing doxorubicin. Streptomyces capable of efficiently expressing epirubicin. A dnmV gene of an original strain is replaced by an avrE gene in situ, the doxA gene is mutated into a gene of the protein represented by the code SEQ ID No.16 in construction, and the potency of the epirubicin of fermentation broth reaches 102.0 μg/ml.
