Abstract:
A doze prevention device has a mental state estimation unit and a control unit. On the basis of a state of an occupant detected by a detection device, the mental state estimation unit estimates a mental state of the occupant. The control unit causes an output device to output a first alarm and a second alarm for calling attention of the occupant. Further, the mental state estimation unit estimates a first mental state of the occupant before the first alarm is output and a second mental state of the occupant after the first alarm is output. Further, on the basis of only the second mental state or the first mental state and the second mental state, the control unit decides a content of the second alarm.
