1. Double pusher system of probes (DPS) comprises of driving part, part for passing and part for directing and calibration, it functionally performs action of pushing and pulling eddy current probes through tubes of WER steam generator. The probe is brought through angle guideline to double pusher to be pulled through guideline for directing by means of mechanism through the tube and after returning to initial position performs action of recording the structure of tube lining by given parameters.
2. Double pusher according to and as acknowledged in request 2, possesses guideline enabling with its construction less fraction during change in movement direction of the probe.
3. Double pusher according to and as acknowledged in request 2, with mentioned driving mechanism possesses independent control of turning on each wheel individually.
4. Double pusher according to and.as acknowledged in request 2, possesses guideline for directing the probe, with its design also allowing the function of calibration of the probe.

INVENTION DESCRIPTION
Area of Invention applicability
Applicability of this invention refers to device used for non-destructive inspection (eddy current inspection) of steam generators tubes of WER Nuclear Power Plants. Its purpose is pushing and pulling of the probe through steam generator tubes.
Technical problem
Owing to re-occurring problem such as: not fully passable tubes for probes, extended inspection period, difficult working conditions, we have come to conclusion that the whole procedure could be accelerated and improved.
Led by such initiative a Double pusher of probes has been developed, delicately pushing two probes simultaneously and independently through two tubes.
Technology status
At the moment there are a few pushers of probes for steam generator inspection available in the world such as: single pusher with driving motor outside the steam generator, double pusher with probe drum inside the steam generator, single pusher with primary external driving motor and secondary inside drive motor. i
Presentation of the main points of Invention:
Primary purpose of invention is to push the probe through the tube of WER steam generator as quality and in short period of time as possible.
In order to fulfill primary purpose, solution of double pusher has been employed.
The device itself consists of two technically equal segments. Each segment features driving unit (Picture
1 Position 3), being comprised of motor and reduction unit.
Probes are brought to angle guideline (Picture 6, Position 7) and by means of mechanism and wheels system (Picture 6, Position 8) are further pushed through the guideline (Picture 1 , Picture 2 Position 4) where calibration block is situated. System of passing of the probe is presented in broken line in picture 6.
Mechanism consists of a number of cogwheels and small rubber wheels (Picture 6, Position 8), driven by driving unit.
Whole process of inspection is monitored with two cameras (Picture 3, Position 6), located next to the guideline of the probe on the device itself.
Double pusher systerp of probes (DPS) also features switchboard for electronics (Picture 1 , Position 2) and pneumatic separation block (Picture 1 , Position 5).

Double pusher system of probes (DPS) is controlled by from the control room via computer. It can be handled manually remotely, semi-automatically or completely automatically.

Mechanism System (Picture 9) «
Each segment of double pusher features one system of driving mechanism. Role of mechanism (Picture
9) is to drive small wheels (Picture 9, Position 2) smoothly at required speed.
Whole process takes place in a pattern that driving unit drives cogwheels (Picture 9, Position 3) situated at the lower end of shafts (Picture 9, .Position 1 ). The upper end of shafts features small wheels (Picture 9 ,
Position 2), designed to push probes without sliding.
Each small wheel can be turned on or turned off independently from the process if necessary. This action is performed by pneumatic cylinders (Picture 9, Position 4).
Guideline System (Picture 8)
Purpose of guideline is to direct probe at the output of double pusher into the steam generator tube. Guideline can be held in closed or service or open and operating position. Transfer from one position into another is enabled by pneumatic cylinder (Picture 8, Position 5).
Plastic tube of guideline (Picture 8, Position 1) features internal calibration block (Picture 8, Position 8) designed for calibration of the probe. Next to measure there is plastic cylinder (Picture 8, Position 9) featuring sense coil designed to stop the probe when passing through it.
Angle guideline System (Picture 7)
Primary purpose of angle guideline is to ensure probes smooth change in moving direction for 90°. Design is shown in Picture 7.
Within the radius revolution are positioned small wheels (Picture 7, Position 1 and Position 2), designed to ensure as less friction of change in moving direction as possible.
