Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a drain pump configured so that the accumulation of water in a discharge section can be prevented. [Solution] A drain pump 1 is provided with a housing 10 having: a body section 11 inside which a space into which water flows is provided; and a pipe-like discharge section 13 which is in communication with the space through an opening 11a provided in the body section 11. The front end 13a of the discharge section 13 is disposed at a higher position than the opening 11a of the body section 11, and the bottom section 13t of the inner surface 13s of the discharge section 13 is formed to have a curved surface, the height of which gradually increases as the bottom section 13t extends from the opening 11a side toward the front end 13a side.
