Abstract:
Disclosed are a DRAM refreshing method, apparatus and system. By designating a region needing to be refreshed in a refreshing block in a refreshing instruction, a designated position of a DRAM storage array can be refreshed. The method comprises: a DRAM refreshing apparatus receives a refreshing instruction from a memory controller, the refreshing instruction comprising an identifier of a block to be refreshed, and refreshing information for indicating a region to be refreshed (S902), the refreshing instruction being used for instructing the DRAM refreshing apparatus to refresh the region to be refreshed in the block to be refreshed; according to the identifier and the refreshing information, the DRAM refreshing apparatus generates the address of a bank row to be refreshed in the block to be refreshed (S904); and the DRAM refreshing apparatus refreshes a position corresponding to the address of the bank row in the block to be refreshed (S906). Accordingly, refreshing time of a DRAM memory is shortened, power consumption for refreshing is reduced, a refreshing operation is made more flexible, and on the premise of ensuring data integrity, system resource consumption is saved.
