A drawing punching die, comprising a first die holder (1), a second die holder (2), a female die assembly (4), a male die assembly (3), a blank holder (5), a pressing assembly (6), and a punching assembly (7). The first die holder and the second die holder are correspondingly arranged, the blank holder is provided in the second die holder, the male die assembly is provided in the blank holder, and the female die assembly is connected to the first die holder. An accommodating cavity (41) is provided on the female die assembly, the pressing assembly is movably provided in the accommodating cavity, the pressing assembly comprises a pressing block and a pressing molded surface (63) provided on the pressing block, and a local molded surface (33) is provided on the male die assembly. The punching assembly comprises a punch base (71) and a punch (73) connected to each other. A through hole (64) is formed in the pressing block, the punch is movably provided in the through hole, and a punching recessed sleeve (36) is provided on the male die assembly. The pressing molded surface and the local molded surface can be used for drawing a local area of a sheet, and the punching accuracy is ensured by means of the arrangement of the punch and the through hole.
