Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dried fish sterilizing device, and more specifically, to a dried fish sterilizing device, wherein: dried fish is contained in separate container boards; the container boards are positioned between a plurality of heater boards; strong pressure is applied, and at the same time, heat is applied to the container boards such that the dried fish is sterilized indirectly whereby heat is delivered to the dried fish in a fast and precise manner; and since the temperature inside the dried fish is uniform from the top to the bottom, deformation (cooking and shrinking) of the dried fish hardly occurs, and the dried fish is sterilized for a short time, thereby reducing carbonization of the dried fish and implementing an easy washing effect.
