Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a dried yellow croaker fish manufacturing apparatus, comprising a box body, a 回-shaped frame, and a placing frame. Partition plates are fixedly connected between two sides of the inner wall of the 回-shaped frame, and a motor is fixedly connected to the top of the box body; an output end of the motor is fixedly connected to a fixing rod; the bottom end of the fixing rod penetrates through the box body and extends into the box body, the end of the fixing rod extending into the box body is fixedly connected to the top of the 回-shaped frame; and fixing plates are fixedly connected to the tops and bottoms of the two sides of the inner wall of the box body. The present invention relates to the technical field of yellow croaker fish processing. According to the dried yellow croaker fish manufacturing apparatus, by fixedly connecting partition plates between the two sides of the inner wall of the 回-shaped frame, an entire operation period is greatly reduced, labor and energy are reduced, and high drying efficiency is implemented; and by causing a recovery pipe to be communicated with one side of the top of the box body, heat within the box body can be recycled, thus improving the resource utilization rate and improving the drying effect.
