Abstract:
The present invention relates to a drill bit used for thin-wall work piece. It includes a drill shaft and a cutting bit, both provided with a water-cooling hole. The water-cooling hole has two parts of a water-inducting hole and a water-spraying hole. The water-inducting hole is formed coaxially in the drill shaft while the water-spraying hole is located in the cutting bit with its top connected to the water-inducting hole. The bottom outlet of the water-spraying hole, provided eccentrically on the bottom surface of the cutting bit, is connected to a drainage groove. The drill bit according to the present invention, in which the water-cooling hole is divided into two parts of a water-inducting hole which is concentric with the drill shaft and a water-spraying hole provided in the cutting bit, not only eliminates the problem in the traditional drill bit that the drill shaft easily deviates from the water-cooling hole during machining, but also conveniently enlarges the diameter of the water-inducting hole to make it not easily be clogged.
