Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] A drill that makes a hole having no positional displacement and that forms no unevenness on the inner wall of the hole. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A torsinal angle Ѳ1 of a chip discharge groove (20) of a drill (10) is set in the range from 30 to 50°. This can minimize positional displacement of a through-hole to be opened. Further, since drill chips are appropriately discharged, hole making is not interfered by the chips, and this provides a printed circuit board with excellent electrical connectability and reliability.
