Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of oil drilling and production. Disclosed are a drill pipe with a cable and a manufacturing method therefor. The drill pipe with a cable is provided with a hollow pipe body (10) and connectors (50) respectively connected to two ends of the pipe body (10), wherein an inner wall of the pipe body (10) is provided with a cable groove (20) extending in an axial direction; the cable groove (20) is provided with a cable (21) fixed by a fixing portion; the fixing portion is configured to make the cable groove (20) fit with an inner wall face of the pipe body (10), and the fixing portion forms, in a surrounding manner, a fluid passage isolated from the cable groove (20); and two ends of the cable (21) are electrically connected to the corresponding connectors (50), respectively, such that when a plurality of drill pipes with cables are connected in series by means of the connectors (50), cables (21) in adjacent drill pipes with cables are electrically connected to each other. In the present application, the cable is fixed in the cable groove, the plurality of drill pipes with cables are connected in series by means of the connectors and electrically connected to one another, and the fixing portion fixes the cable and provides the fluid passage, such that the cable is prevented from occupying an inner diameter space of a drill pipe with a cable, a larger space is provided for fluid passages such as a water passage, and the problems of ground and downhole power supply and communication during a drilling process are solved.
