Abstract:
Disclosed is a drill rod assembly of a pile driver. The drill rod assembly comprises a hollow drill rod body (1). An end of the drill rod body (1) is provided with a drill bit cone portion (2). An auger bit blade (3) distributed in the form of a spiral is provided in a circumferential direction at the outside of the end of the drill rod body (1) which is provided with the drill bit cone portion (2). An end of the auger bit blade (3) is extended to the drill bit cone portion (2), and the other end is connected to a gunite seat (4) radially arranged at the outside of the drill rod body (1). A side of the gunite seat (4) which faces the drill bit cone portion (2) has at least one gunite hole (41) in communication with the interior of the drill rod body (1). The diameter of the gunite hole (41) gradually increases from inside to outside. The drill rod assembly of the pile driver has the advantages that the blocking phenomenon hardly occurs in the gunite process, and the gunite area is large, so the mortar is sprayed in a fan shape, and the gunite effect is good.
