A drill rod pulling device, comprising a pipe pulling base (1) and a pipe pulling fork (2), wherein the pipe pulling fork comprises a handle (21); two sides of one end of the handle are each provided with a fork rod (23), and the other end of the handle is provided with a pressing portion (27); the end of each fork rod that is away from the handle is provided with an engagement tongue groove (22); middle portions of the two fork rods are connected by means of a bolt (25), and a pressing sleeve (24) is arranged on the bolt; the pipe pulling base comprises a pipe pulling base body (11); engagement tongues (12) fitted with the engagement tongue grooves are arranged on two sides of the pipe pulling base body; and the pipe pulling base body is further provided with a pipe pulling slot (13) for mounting a percussion drill rod (3). By means of the device, a top end of the percussion drill rod is in an open state when the percussion drill rod is pulled, such that it is convenient for a hose or a cable in the percussion drill rod to move at the top end of the percussion drill rod. In addition, an excessive pulling height can be divided into a plurality of sections for pulling, thereby lowering the requirement for a pulling apparatus, and guaranteeing a better pulling effect.
