Abstract:
A drilling fluid mixing, cleaning and stirring device and a control method therefor, said stirring device comprises a driving transmission mechanism, a base (1) and a liquid feeding and stirring mechanism, the liquid feeding and stirring mechanism comprises a mixing transmission device (4) and a stirring rod (5); the mixing transmission device (4) comprises a liquid inlet pipe (6) and a rotation mechanism (7); the rotation mechanism (7) comprises an inner rotation body (9) and an outer rotation body (10); the inner rotation body (9) is rotatably connected to the outer rotation body (10) by means of a steel ball (19) or a bearing (26); the outer rotation body (10) is provided with a first liquid inlet (12); the first liquid inlet (12) is connected to the liquid inlet pipe (6); a second liquid inlet (13) is provided in a side wall of the inner rotation body (9); the second liquid inlet (13) is a truncated cone-shaped liquid inlet; and the narrow end of the second liquid inlet (13) faces toward the outer side of the inner rotation body (9). The control method realizes three functions including stirring, mixing and cleaning. The present invention has the advantages of good stirring effect, convenience for cleaning sand and energy saving.
