Abstract:
Disclosed is an advancing hydraulic control system for a drilling jumbo, the system comprising a hydraulic pump (2), an advancing oil cylinder (16), and a multi-way reversing value (3) used for controlling the reversing of the advancing oil cylinder; and further comprising a first electromagnetic reversing and throttling device (6), a second electromagnetic reversing and throttling device (7), a first hydraulically controlled reversing valve (12), a second hydraulically controlled reversing valve (13), a third one-way throttle valve (10), and a fourth one-way throttle valve (11). The first hydraulically controlled reversing valve and the second hydraulically controlled reversing valve can switch a working station according to the state of pilot control oil so as to control whether hydraulic oil enters and exits a rodless cavity of the advancing oil cylinder through the third one-way throttle valve and/ or the fourth one-way throttle valve. A drilling jumbo comprising the advancing hydraulic control system is further disclosed. The advancing hydraulic control system reduces the loss of the drilling jumbo, reduces the workload of an operator, does not require real-time manual adjustment, reduces the control difficulty of connecting and disconnecting a rod, improves the controllability of the system, and improves construction efficiency.
