Abstract:
This drive assist control device is configured comprising: a steering determination part (21) for determining the steering condition of the vehicle; a curving state estimation part (22) for estimating the curving state of the road on which the vehicle is traveling; a threshold setting part (23) for setting, when the steering determination part (21) has determined that steering has begun after the steering wheel has been kept still, a determination threshold of a steering time (ts) on the basis of a curving state estimated at either a time period (ts to ts + Tc) from the steering time (ts) until after a set duration (Tc) of the steering time (ts), or a time period (ts - Tc to ts) from before the set duration (Tc) of the steering time (ts) until the steering time (ts), the curving state being sharper than the curving state estimated at the steering time (ts); and a warning controller (25) for activating a warning when the steering speed at the steering time (ts) exceeds the determination threshold.
