Abstract:
A drive assist device (10) is provided with: an acquisition unit (11) that acquires a filmed image by a vehicle-mounted camera; a recognition unit (12) that recognizes road information around a host vehicle on the basis of the filmed image; an assessment unit (13) that assesses the priority relationship of a host road on which the host vehicle is travelling and another road that intersects same; and an assistance unit (15) that, when the assessment unit assesses that the host road does not have priority with respect to the other road, executes drive assistance of the host vehicle when entering a location at which the host road and the other road intersect.
