A drive axle locking device (100), power drive system (1000), and vehicle. The drive axle locking device (100) comprises: a planetary gear mechanism (10); a first drive axle (20), a second drive axle (30), and a power engagement device (40), wherein the power engagement device (40) comprises a first engagement portion (41) and a second engagement portion (42), the first drive axle (20) is connected to a sun gear (11) and configured to rotate synchronously with the first engagement portion (41), and the second drive axle (30) is connected to a ring gear (14) and is configured to rotate synchronously with the second engagement portion (42); and an engagement portion drive device (50) comprising a drive pin (51) and a drive portion (52), wherein the drive pin (51) can rotate about a central axis of the sun gear (11) along with the planet carrier (13) and is movable in an axial direction, and the drive portion (52) is configured to drive the drive pin (51) to drive the second engagement portion (42) to move along an axle direction toward the first engagement portion (41), such that the second engagement portion (42) is engaged with the first engagement portion (41). In this way, the drive axle locking device (100) of the present invention can lock two drive axles to improve the ability of a vehicle to handle rough terrain.
