Abstract:
Disclosed are a drive circuit and a driving method for an MOS-transistor bridge circuit, and an energy storage device. The drive circuit comprises a single-chip microcomputer, a half-bridge drive circuit, a gate circuit, a leakage circuit, and a discharge circuit. The half-bridge drive circuit comprises a drive chip with a dead time control. The driving method comprises: generating at least one group of complementary sinusoidal pulse width modulation drive signals, and setting the dead time of the sinusoidal pulse width modulation drive signals; amplifying and converting the one group of complementary sinusoidal pulse width modulation drive signals; transmitting the amplified and converted signals to the MOS transistor to drive same; discharging the voltage between a gate and a source when the MOS transistor is turned off; and discharging the capacitance between the gate and the source when the MOS transistor is turned off. The energy storage device comprises one or more programs for executing the driving method. The present application can effectively control the operation of a half bridge, and reduce the risk of directly turning on upper and lower MOS transistors of the half bridge in exceptional circumstances.
