Abstract:
Disclosed is a drive circuit of an electronic-switch series structure, said drive circuit comprising: an electronic switch module and active drive module, said electronic switch module comprising: n electronic switches connected in series, the DS junctions of the n electronic switches being sequentially connected in series; an active drive module comprises: n active drive circuits. In the present invention, a power supply and a driving pulse of the electronic switch K1 are obtained in sequence from the electronic switch K2 to the electronic switch Kn, the electronic switch K1 to the electronic switch Kn being turned on and off in sequence; all n of the electronic switches have nanosecond-level switching active drive circuit performance, which is suitable for a high-frequency gate power drive circuit when the n electronic switch series structure is used.
