Abstract:
This drive circuit is provided with: a set-side level shift circuit which outputs a level-shifted set signal from a set-side output node; a reset-side level shift circuit which outputs a level-shifted reset signal from a reset-side output node; a mask signal generation circuit which, when the voltage of one of the set-side output node and the reset-side output node changes, outputs a mask signal for a period shorter than an output period for the level-shifted set signal and an output period for the level-shifted reset signal; and a control circuit which outputs, to a power device while the mask signal is inputted, a drive signal corresponding to a state where the mask signal has not yet been inputted, outputs a drive signal to turn off the power device when the level-shifted reset signal is inputted after the mask signal has been inputted, and outputs a drive signal to turn on the power device when the level-shifted set signal is inputted after the mask signal has been inputted.
