Abstract:
Provided is a drive control device comprising: a detection unit that detects the face of an occupant in a captured image of the interior of a passenger compartment, the hands of said occupant, an object held by said hands, and a vehicle door window; a first determination unit that determines whether the distance between the hands holding the object detected by the detection unit and a first window is shorter than a first distance; and a drive control unit that causes a power window that opens and closes said window to open said first window if the first determination unit has determined that the said distance is shorter than the first distance.
