Abstract:
A drive control device for a drive system provided with a four-bar linkage continuously variable transmission having a one way clutch (OWC) capable of transmitting only power from a power source to the drive wheel side, the drive control device limiting the transmission gear ratio or output from the power source when the output speed of the continuously variable transmission is less than a threshold value. The threshold value is an output speed of the continuously variable transmission which is the intersection of a line representing an output torque for achieving maximum drive power and a line representing torque outputted at the maximum torsion angle for an oscillation angle of an OWC input member for converting rotary power from the power source to oscillation power.
