Abstract:
Drive control of an operating machine which drives a structure by a hydraulic motor (2) that is driven by an operating oil supplied from a hydraulic pump (10) via a control valve (14), and an electric motor (3) that works with the hydraulic motor (2), wherein in response to a speed command based on the amount of manipulation of a remote control valve (5) which determines the amount of movement of the structure, speed feedback control based on the actual number of rotations of the hydraulic motor (2) and differential pressure feedback control based on the difference in the pressure of the operating oil between a suction port and a discharge port of the hydraulic motor (2) are performed to thereby generate an opening command such that the required amount of operating oil in the actual number of rotations of the hydraulic motor (2) is discharged to control the opening of the control valve (14), or generate a tilt command to control the tilt angle of the hydraulic pump (10), thereby controlling the amount of oil to be supplied to the hydraulic motor (2) according to the amount of manipulation of the remote control valve (5), the number of rotations of the hydraulic motor (2), and the difference in the pressure of the operating oil between the suction port and the discharge port of the hydraulic motor to reduce energy loss.
