Abstract:

A drive controller for controlling the drive of a high-speed rotating body which can easily attain the interchangeability between different types of machines without providing any circuit for limiting the interchangeability between the different types of machines either on the pump unit (A) side and on the power unit (B) side and can attain the sharing of the power unit (B). The controller is constituted in such a way that a group of tables by types prepared by listing control constants adjusted or preset in accordance with the type of the high-speed rotating body is incorporated in the power unit (B) side and the type discriminating signal of the high-speed rotating body is fetched at least before a motor is driven, thereby selecting, the table of the corresponding type based on the discriminating signal.
