Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a drive device for an electric truck that has 0°–180° steering angle steering performance but still satisfies desired suspension performance. [Solution] A drive device for an electric truck that comprises double tires 2, the drive device including: drive unit housings 15 that are included in drive units 10 that are respectively provided to the left and right double tires 2 of the electric truck; suspension parts 20; and steering gear parts 30. The drive unit housings 15 integrally house: a motor 11 that generates drive force; a decelerator 12 that decelerates the rotation of the motor 11; and a final gear 14 that is connected to the decelerator 12 and transmits drive force from the motor 11 to a drive shaft 13 of the double tire 2. The suspension parts 20 are integrated above the final gears 14 inside the drive unit housings 15. The steering gear parts 30 are integrated above the suspension parts 20 and can steer the double tires 2.
