Abstract:
A drive device for an inner swinging door, comprising: a motor (1), a worm and worm gear reducer driven by the motor (1), a positive clutch (2), an unlocking air cylinder (3), and an unlocking connecting mechanism. The positive clutch (2) comprises inner teeth (201), outer teeth (202), and an elastic element (12); the inner teeth (201) are in transmission connection with the worm and worm gear reducer; the outer teeth (202) are in coaxial transmission with a shaft of the inner swinging door; the unlocking air cylinder (3) comprises an air cylinder push rod (301); one end of the unlocking connecting mechanism is in contact with an end portion of the air cylinder push rod (301), and the other end of the unlocking connecting mechanism is connected with the inner teeth (201). When air enters the unlocking air cylinder (3), the air cylinder push rod (301) pushes the unlocking connecting mechanism, so that the unlocking connecting mechanism drives the inner teeth (201) to engage with the outer teeth (202) and compress the elastic element (12). When the unlocking air cylinder (3) discharges air, the inner teeth (201) are separated from the outer teeth (202) under the resilience force of the elastic element (12). The drive device of the present invention uses a modular design and has the advantages of less parts, simple structure, convenient assembly, small size, good adaptability, more reliable locking performance and good mechanism stability.
