Abstract:
Generally, in the control device of a railway vehicle, an inverter device (4) is controlled on the basis of the direct current link voltage (Vfc) at both ends of a filter capacitor (3). In the disclosed circuit configuration, a direct current voltage that is impressed on the inverter device (4) during regeneration is made to be the sum of the voltage (Vb) of a power accumulation device (6) and the voltage (Vs) of overhead wires, so by only detecting the direct current link voltage (Vfc), the voltage (Vb) of the power accumulation device (6) and voltage (Vs) of the overhead wires cannot be separated and the state of light load regeneration cannot be determined. In a circuit configuration where a capacitor can connect to the inverter device (4) in series, a voltage sensor that can detect overhead wire voltage (Vs) is positioned between a current collector (1) and a ground connection and the power accumulation device (6) is controlled on the basis of the detection results of the voltage sensor.
