Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a drive device that particularly enables the rising of a driven body to be detected reliably.
[Solution] A drive device having a driven body (4) provided in an aperture part (3a) of a case (3), and a polymer actuator (2) that undergoes bending deformation in the height direction and supports the driven body such that the driven body is capable of moving in the height direction. A first electroconductive part (7) is provided on the case (3) side, a second electroconductive part (8) is provided on the driven body (4) side, and multiple contact points are formed by the first electroconductive part and the second electroconductive part. When the driven body (4) is raised by the polymer actuator (2), the first electroconductive part (7) and the second electroconductive part (8) make contact at the multiple contact points, and thus the rising state of the driven body (4) is detected.
