Abstract:
A second gear (33) meshes with a first gear (32) and is coupled to an output member (2) so as to rotate together therewith. A rotor (12), a planetary gear mechanism (31), and the first gear (32) are disposed on a first axis (X1) in the stated order from a first axial-direction side (L1) toward a second axial-direction side (L2). A coupling member (6), a differential gear mechanism (4), and the second gear (33) are disposed on a second axis (X2) parallel to the first axis (X1) in the stated order from the first axial-direction side (L1) toward the second axial-direction side (L2). The planetary gear mechanism (31) has a diameter smaller than that of a rotating electric machine (1) and larger than that of the first gear (32). The differential gear mechanism (4) has a diameter smaller than that of the second gear (33) and larger than that of the coupling member (6).
