Abstract:
Disclosed are a drive gear and a drum. The drive gear comprises a gear body (1) and the connecting part (3) extending along the axial direction of the gear body (1). The outer surface of the circumference of the connecting part (3) has grooves for accommodating glue (4, 5, 6). The drum comprises and aluminum pip (2) and the drive gear, wherein the connecting part (3) of the drive gear is embedded in one end of the aluminum pipe, the glue in the grooves bonding the connecting part (3) and the aluminum pipe (2). As the grooves accommodating glue are provided on the connecting part, glue will not be squeezed open during assembly of the aluminum pipe and the drive gear, allowing the aluminum pipe and the drive gear to work together well. Thus, the drum can fulfill the requirement of reliably transferring torque to the processing cartridge.
