Abstract:
A comber detaching roller driving method, which comprises the following steps:
getting the relevant information about the position of comber moving component
by sensors; working out the arrival location of the detaching roller; sending
the location information to driver; driving the detaching roller motion to the
appointed location by running stepper motor. This method can exactly control
the comber detaching roller reversing and overlapping, forward rotating and
detaching, stalling and waiting, which reduce complicated driving device and
friction caloric power. This method can adjust carding parameters according
to the fiber length distribution.
