Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a drive record system for police supervision management of bicycles and intelligent city management, relating to an intelligent shared bicycle or shared electric vehicle and a management method for parking and using the same. Existing shared bicycles or shared electric vehicles are parked in a disorderly manner, being scattered haphazardly around a city, and becoming a significant problem that affects the appearance of a city. An effective method for solving the foregoing problem does not exist among existing technology, no method existing for finding out about bicycles and the state of the surroundings thereof, and no method existing for linking the intelligent management of a city. Provided in the present invention are a vehicle and method for vehicle management by using remote intelligent recognition and for remotely finding out about objects surrounding a vehicle, and a method and apparatus for performing image recognition on a vehicle and objects surrounding the vehicle by using a camera recording processor module. The present invention solves the problem in existing technology wherein bicycles or electric vehicles are scattered haphazardly and parked in a disorderly manner, while providing a method for the intelligent city management department for solving the problem of intelligently finding out about surrounding objects while a vehicle is in use.
