Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a drive recorder with which it is possible to acquire a desired image when a measurement is made of a shock that has an intensity that satisfies a prescribed criterion. [Solution] A drive recorder 1, wherein a travel recording module 51 records imaged moving image data 60 imaged by a camera 18 installed in a vehicle. An acceleration sensor 19 measures the acceleration of the vehicle. When the acceleration measured by the acceleration sensor 19 is determined to be within an abnormal range, the travel recording module 51 alerts a server 4 at a prescribed timing about the dangerous driving time at which the acceleration within the abnormal range was measured. When a moving image transmission request including the dangerous driving time is received from the server 4, the travel recording module 51 transmits to the server the imaged moving image data 60, from among the recorded imaged moving image data 60, for a prescribed period including the dangerous driving time included in the moving image transmission request.
