Abstract:
A drive system and drive method for an electric vehicle. The drive system comprises: a power battery (210), a driver (220), a motor (230), a detection module (240), a torque giving module (250) and a controller (260). The driver (220) comprises a filter module (221), a first transformation module (222), a first capacitor (223) and a second transformation module (224). An anode (10a) of the power battery (210) is connected to an input end (1a) of the filter module (221), and a first output end (1b) of the filter module (221) is connected to an alternate-current end (2c) of the first transformation module (222). A first end of the first capacitor (223) is connected to a direct-current input end (2a, 4a) of the first transformation module (222) and the second transformation module (224) respectively, and the other end of the first capacitor (223) is connected to a direct-current output end (2b, 4b) of the first transformation module (222) and the second transformation module (224) and a cathode (10b) of the power battery (222), respectively. An alternate-current end (4c) of the second transformation module (224) is connected to the motor (230). The drive system enlarges the speed adjustment range of the electric vehicle by a booster bus voltage, without the need for flux-weakening control, thereby increasing the output power of the system and improving the drive efficiency. Also disclosed is a drive method for an electric vehicle.
