Abstract:
The present invention relates to a driven steel pipe pile which can penetrate a remaining slime layer by using a driving shoe having a cross-section having a wide-topped and narrow-bottomed shape connecting the main frame of a steel pipe pile and the lower end of a frictional steel pipe, can be rapidly driven into a foundation and can significantly increase front end supporting power while minimizing the subsidence of the pile, and a construction method therefor. The driven steel pipe pile of the present invention is driven into and supported on the foundation at the lower part of a punched hole by downward pressing power or rotating power. The present invention comprises: a main frame of a steel pipe pile with an opened lower part; a frictional steel pipe which is placed inside or outside on the lower part of the main frame of the steel pipe pile, and has a length of 2 meters or shorter; and a driving shoe which is provided to connect the main frame of the steel pipe pile and the lower end of the frictional steel pipe, and is formed in the shape of a ring with an opened center, wherein both the inner and outer cross-sections of the ring have a wide-topped and narrow-bottomed U or V shape, so as to be driven easily into the foundation at the lower part of the punched hole. The main frame of the steel pipe pile and the frictional steel pipe are installed on both end units on the top surface of the driving shoe.
