Abstract:
A driver assistance method and a related apparatus. The method comprises: obtaining a windshield image, the windshield image comprising an acquired image of the windshield (401); and determining a blocking level of the windshield according to the position of a blocked region in the windshield image and the area of the blocked region (402). The blocking situation of the windshield is determined according to the position of the blocked region in the obtained windshield image and the area of the blocked region. Compared with determining the blocking situation of the windshield only by means of the area of the blocked region, the method can effectively avoid the misjudgment of the blocking situation of the windshield caused by only considering the area of the blocked region, so that the accuracy of determining the blocking situation of the windshield can be improved, and in this way, a reasonable driver assistance measure can be made according to the blocking situation of the windshield, thus facilitating the improvement of driving safety.
