Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of electric tools. Disclosed is a driver blade clutch mechanism of a nail gun. The driver blade clutch mechanism comprises a driver blade driving cam, an inductive optocoupler, a torsion spring, a clutch pawl and a driver blade; an electric motor is arranged in a nail gun housing, and the electric motor is connected to and drives a camshaft by means of a gearbox; a fixed end of the driver blade is fixed to a piston of an energy storage body, and a movable end of the driver blade is slidably arranged in an assembled frame body; the driver blade driving cam and the clutch pawl are respectively arranged on two sides of the driver blade, and the driver blade driving cam is in meshed transmission with driver blade teeth by means of cam pins, thereby driving the driver blade to slide between an initial position and an energy storage position; and an inductive optocoupler shielding edge is arranged at an edge of the side of the driver blade facing the clutch pawl, and the inductive optocoupler controls the starting and stopping of the electric motor by means of an electric signal. The beneficial effect of the present invention lies in: the driver blade being guided by means of a boss and a groove during movement, thereby ensuring that the driver blade moves accurately by means of enough stored potential energy, and after energy storage is completed, the driver blade is released, and can strike a nail to drive same into an object such as a wood board, without obstacles.
