Abstract:
[Problem] To achieve both a reduction in return loss and an improvement in durability against electrostatic discharge. [Solution] This driver circuit comprises: a first transistor including a control terminal, a first terminal, and a second terminal; a second transistor that is connected in series to the first terminal of the first transistor through a prescribed load; a third transistor that is connected in series to the second terminal of the first transistor so as to be interposed between the first transistor and either one of a first potential and a second potential that differ from each other; and an output terminal that is connected between the second transistor and the load. The third transistor is controlled so as to be conductive at least while the first transistor and the second transistor are being driven.
