Abstract:
The invention relates to drives for a printing unit (01) provided with at least one printing group (02, 04) comprising two cylinders (06, 07), and an inking (08) which is associated with the printing group. According to the invention, the two cylinders (06, 07) and the inking system (08) are mechanically rotatably driven by means of a drive train (122, 138), independently from each other and other printing groups (03, 04), the two cylinders at least by a first drive motor (121), and the inking system by a second drive motor (128). The drive train (122) of the printing group cylinders and the drive train (138) of the inking system are respectively embodied as drive modules (122, 138), said drive modules forming pre-assembled modular units that are respectively completely enclosed by housings(152, 153, 154) that are different to the lateral frames (11, 12) of the printing unit (01).
