Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology for determining whether a driver is prepared for the transfer of driving authorization and then determining whether to transfer the driving authorization. A driving authorization transfer determination device according to the present invention is one which determines whether to transfer driving authorization to a driver from an automatic driving control device of a vehicle and is provided with: a task request unit which outputs, to an output device in the vehicle, a task request for a speech or body action that is continued for a prescribed time; a task acquisition unit which acquires a task execution result from an input device in the vehicle; a transfer determining unit which determines whether the transfer is performed, on the basis of the task execution result; and a determination result output unit which outputs, to the automatic driving control device, the result of the determination by the transfer determining unit.
