Abstract:
A driving backplane and a manufacturing method therefor, and a light-emitting substrate. In the driving backplane, first conductive layers (2) are formed on a base (1); a first organic film layer (3) is formed between the first conductive layers (2); the first organic film layer (3) is provided with a plurality of first via holes (V1); a first inorganic film layer (4) is formed on the side of the first organic film layer (3) away from the base (1); second conductive layers (5) are formed on the side of the first inorganic film layer (4) away from the first organic film layer (3), and the second conductive layers (5) and the first conductive layers (2) are conductively connected through the first via holes (V1); the orthographic projections of the first conductive layers (2) on the base (1) and the orthographic projections of the second conductive layers (5) on the base (1) have overlapping regions; the overlapping regions comprise regions where the orthographic projections of the first via holes (V1) on the base (1) are located and a first region; and the orthographic projection of the first inorganic film layer (4) on the base (1) covers at least a portion of the first region. The driving backplane can prevent overlapping regions between wires in the second conductive layers (5) and wires in the first conductive layers (2) from being short-circuited, thereby increasing product yield.
